Description

We are on the water (Atlantic Ocean) in a small fishing community - our neighbours are all fisherman and if they like you fish or lobster may be on the menu. It is quiet and unique. We have two exuberant Portuguese Water Dog puppies (1 year old in summer of 2018) so it's best if you like dogs!

The rules are, no rules until somebody loses an eye.

Access Road Conditions

It is a small road built on the bedrock and some paving with lots of curves but easily traveled.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details

We have a large gravel area for parking. There is also a large parking area on the street (which is a very small road that dead ends at our house).

Very peaceful in Stonehurst

What a wonderful spot, thank you for having us. Would love to have stayed to look around as you invited but the weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to visit this spot and this very welcoming couple again. Nova Scotia is so beautiful. Cheers
