Welcome to Dog and Pony Show Farm. Your hosts are Brett and Tom. This is the childhood home and family farm of Brett. From about 1927 to 2000, this was a working dairy farm. Brett's sister and sister-in-law live just down the road on the second farm. We now have 20 or more Draft Ponies on the farm. When Tom retired in 2017, he and Brett moved back to the farm and built a home. We are an 80 acre farm located 5 miles north of Utica, OH and 10 miles south of Mt. Vernon, OH. We have draft ponies which we show at various fairs in the area in the summer. We have RV parking in the driveway of our 60' by 40' pole barn. The driveway is approximately 40' by 80' so we can handle most any rig and parking for tow vehicle. The driveway is gravel with a downward slope. We have extra blocks if you need them. Water and 50 amp electric available. Fire ring overlooking creek and horse pasture, firewood provided by your hosts. Come and stay on the farm with us. Suggested Local Attractions:Ye Olde Mill (Velvet Ice Cream), Ariel Foundation Park, Kokosing Gap Bicycle Trail, Heart of Ohio BIcycle Trail

Charming farm with draft ponies, nice hosts and hookups. Wish I could have stayed longer and explored the area a little more. Hope to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Brett and Tom's farm. Brett showed us the wagons and carts they use at the shows and gave us some history of his family's farm. Tom gave us some great tips and places to visit in Amish country. The horses are beautiful and two of the dogs came in our trailer to visit. 😁 They're lawn tractor broke down and my husband, Dave, was able to help Tom troubleshoot and repair it. Dave loves fixing stuff so he really enjoyed rendering aid and assistance! Being able to connect to power is always appreciated and being able to stay 5 nights was great. Thanks Brett and Tom!

We had a lovely stay! Received a tour of the barn with some very cool horse drawn wagons! Thanks so much for the recommendation to visit Ariel Foundation Park. It was beautiful!

Nice area in the country, remote and quiet. Gravel pad and hookups were great. The site was unlevel for our 35’ motorhome and we couldn’t get flat, so kept one slide in for balance. The loose dogs scared my husband as he was trying to set up.
