We have a 3 acre lot with large shed and concrete driveway. Currently have an RV electrical service panel (20/30/50). If you use the electric, charges are $5 a day for 15/20/30 amp, $10 a day for 50 amp. From the road picture, park in front of the left shed garage door. The electric hook up is around that corner. Please only block that door as I use the others.
Clean up after yourself please. Be considerate to neighbors and others. Try to keep dogs quite. Pick up after your dog(s). Because of the pond, DO NOT YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF YOUR SIGHT.
If you plan on using electric, 15/20/30 amp $5 a day, 50 amp $10 a day.
ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING GREY OR BLACK TANKS.
I do have softened and filtered water available to fill your tank but not for hook up. DO NOT FILL OFF OUTSIDE SPIGOTS, HIGH IRON
Just of State Highway 54. All paved roads and large concrete driveway. We don't have "Pull through parking" but the shed is 60' across and most campers can turn around. Some have backed in from the road.
On the concrete driveway please.

Green Bay is about 20 minutes away with the Stadium and a lot of other things to do
We are grateful that our hosts let us stay at their very nice property. It was super easy access and the parking spot was concrete and level. I have a big fifth wheel (around 40ft) so I backed in and it was easy to do so since their street is wide enough and the area doesn't have much traffic.
Great location to stay for a few days to check our Green Bay and Appleton! We didn’t see much of each other since everyone was working so much. The driveway is perfect and having the electric hook up was a great bonus. We wish them well and hope to see them down the road again!!
Great time. Had a relaxing stay at the home of the hamburger! The host was accommodating and nice and the location was perfect for us. We hope to be back and stay longer someday. Recommend.
If you get to stay, check out the local museum (check hours).
Appreciated having 50 amp so we could run both air conditioners as it got pretty warm. Also appreciated clean concrete slab driveway to park on. Be aware if you like to sit outside there is road noise. Thankful we had a place to stay over the Fourth of July weekend as campgrounds were full.
Our hosts gave us excellent directions to their lovely property. Our site was on concrete and easy to back onto. We were able to meet our hosts after dinner and they were a very nice couple. We only spent one night, but would love the chance to stay there again.
Stayed with these people going and coming! Did not even see them this time! Hopefully, next time. Good night.
Friendly pleasant couple and beautiful landscape and driveway.
Slept quiet and safe.
Very positve experience, thanks to BW and Webasto.
Great couple with beautiful property and plenty of room. Friendly and gracious. Thanks so much!
Nice hosts. Paved driveway close to Green Bay. Highly recommend
Stayed for 2 nights. Plenty of room to back in, 20/30/50 amp to hook up into. Host was pretty busy (as we were) but we had a great chat on the morning we pulled out. Didn’t expect to get to spend a little time with him but grateful I did. Enjoyable to talk to.
Great location. Going to check out the Hamburger Museum- only $5 for the family. Don’s Quality Foods is a good grocery store only 5 minutes away. Would stay again.
Thanks for the hospitality!
We overnighted here and we were met very kindly by the lady of the house. A nice property in a calm rural area not to far from Green Bay.
I enjoyed stay. Quiet home with big driveway. I met couple and they are great. Quiet streets and close to Seymore but not so far from Green Bay.
Great place in the country yet close to Green Bay. Our hosts were very accommodating and the 50 amp power was truly appreciated as we were here when it was pretty warm. Great experience.
This is a great site for our visit to the Seymour/Appleton area. We needed to “sneak” in to the area to surprise my sister for her 75th birthday and it worked out great! Thanks to mikefromwi for hosting us. Sorry we had to leave early due to issues with our rig, but hope to return again sometime. We really appreciated the 50 amp electric and the fresh water top up from Mike’s treated water supply. Thanks Again!
This was a nice level spot in a spacious driveway. We enjoyed walks and bike rides in the neighborhood. We liked the small town as well. We didn't get the opportunity to know our hosts due to our stay being in the middle of the work week. They did offer some history of the town and directed us to a local grocery store and laundromat (it wound up being closed though). We loved that we were so close to Green Bay and found some fun things to do there also.
If you plan on fishing in the stock pond, be sure to have your WI fishing license.
Great property to sight-see from. The greatest benefit was the host supplied us with a 30 amp plugin. Hosts were busy with their schedules so we did not get to spend much time getting to know them. Also a great yard for our dog and hard surface to park on. Couldn't ask for more!
Lots of paved space for our 5th wheel and lush grass for our pup. Extra bonus of having 30 amp and water available. And the stay was topped off with a delicious meal our hosts shared with us. Enjoyed our stay!
