We have 5 wooded acres right off the county highway. We're approximately a 1/2 hour from I-4 and one hour from Disney. We have good well water that you're welcome to refill your water tanks or wash your RV. You may perform minor repairs, oil changes, etc. if needed. The water connection is about 40 feet from the parking spot The driveway is circular and wide enough to accommodate any RV. There is a security light in the middle of the driveway but we can turn it off if it is too much lite. ATT has good signal, Verizon is ok but drops out sometimes. There is some slight noise from the highway. We sometimes take short trips while we are in Florida in the winter, so please be patient with us if it takes us a day or so to get back to you.
No smoking on the property.
We live in the country and have had foxes, bears and other wildlife in the yard so please keep all food inside your vehicle.
Furbabies are welcomed to run loose but we recommend keeping them on leash especially at night in case they might encounter another animal.
You may wash your RV or refill water tanks.
Have fun and enjoy the stars at night.
We have 5 acres off the main County Road. The driveway is hard packed clay that can accommodate even large buses. We are one and a half miles from the nearest grocery store.
We have a circular driveway with plenty of parking.
There is some nice hiking and paddling about five minutes away at Lake Norris preserve. Also the Florida trail runs through Seminole State Forest which is about 10 minutes from our house. We are about 15 minutes from Mount Dora which is a great little town for shopping and antiquing and the flea market is there on the weekends.
Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed next to lovely pink azalea bushes. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Very easy access to property, lots of shade. Great host's, enjoyed my stop over there.
Very nice, level and secluded spot in gravel drive. Helpful and hospitable hosts. Thank you.
We had a great time staying at JamItInn's place. They were fantastic hosts and shared a few great outdoor attractions to a lake and later to a great playground that pur kids loved. They also told us about of a nearby event that resulted in us seeing a WW2 battle reenactment. They are great people to talk to and get great travel advice from and we highly recommend them!
I'm not sure they want me to tell you this but their tag line is Jam it in because they simply just jam everything into their Motor Home and take off periodically. These two are reverse snow birds and go away North six months per year. They completely understand Boondocker's and utilize the Boondocking service while they are on the road. It is great to spend time with like minded people.
Thanks again for the stay and for being part of the Boondocker's Welcome family.

Great location very welcoming host. Less then 2 miles from Publix very level spot.
We visited Walt Disney world from this Boondocker with our daughters.
We enjoyed the place and it was very safety for our family.
The people are very sweet and helpful.
Upon arrival, our kind hosts were out to show us parking. They have a very nice area, conducive to big rigs that may have a hard time finding a place! We enjoyed the exchange of travel stories and learning about these friendly people. Thank you for having us.
We enjoyed our short visit with these kind hosts! They recommend some places around the area that were incredible! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
This was our first stay with Boondockers Welcome, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the kindness and hospitality of our hosts. The spot was plenty big for our 31’ trailer and the pull-through drive made it really easy to get in and out. JamItInn was extremely welcoming. They provided us with info on the local area and were very generous with travel tips. If we’re ever in the area we’d definitely stay again.
A very nice location and wonderful hosts. We easily fit our 33 ft RV and after helping us get settled we had time to have a nice visit with our hosts. Our plans changed and we cut our stay short by one evening, but we would definitely stay again.
Thanks so much for your space and your kindness! Hope to see you again
Very friendly fantastic hosts. We have a lot in common as we both like to hike, kayak, photography and my husband's favorite golf. Shared lots of stories, hikes, kayaking and of course golf.Very knowledgeable about the area and what to see and do. Not enough time to do everything that there is to offer in this area. They even supply a welcome kit with brochures of the area for you to borrow. Many conversations were had when we could share our dinners. We have made new friends. Hope our paths will cross again. Thank you for bring such fantastic hosts and hopefully our paths will cross on our trip this summer. Adios until we meet again. Virginia and Bob
Thanks so much for the pleasant diversion! We were in the process of transferring to a new motorhome and needed to stay near the dealer. With preparation chores to complete, and a little time to kill, Ken & Diane were very accommodating, giving us the space and time to complete our chores, while also allowing us the time to enjoy the area.
Diane even helped us drop our vehicle at the end point so we could enjoy an afternoon hike...
We had planned a return visit, however we had to cancel.
Looking forward to a return, and the opportunity to have them share hiking, and kayak experiences with them.

We sure had a wonderful time with our hosts. Memories were made, as they invited us to a hike event & a paddle event they shared with us. Thank you !
Our hosts were there to greet us upon our arrival and even invited us to join them on a hike in a nearby nature preserve. The hike through a palm forest to a gorgeous cypress/mangrove lake was just perfect! We really appreciated their generous hospitality and helpful info regarding area attractions. Great spot! Will definitely return if near our route again!
Great hosts and a wonderful spot to stop for a night or two. Our hosts were very nice and accommodating, especially with some nasty weather coming through during our stay. The morning we were supposed to leave, a tornado watch was in effect. They offered shelter and the option to stay another night if needed. Luckily, all was fine and we were able to roll out without any issues. Our only issue was limited cell service (Verizon and Sprint). We would definitely stay again! :)
We really enjoyed our stay at this site.
The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them a great deal.
Local hiking was great and we would love to come back if in the area again.
These hosts are great. Full of great RV tips and helped me get some of them on my rig. Took me to meet their neighbor so I could visit ab music jams.
Wonderful time. 🌸👍🌸
We had a great stay with Ken and Diane. They were very flexible to some changes I had to make. We had a nice time chatting in the little time we were around. Their space was nestled in a nice wooded section. I would highly recommend it
Ken & Diane are very knowledgeable on RVing and Boondocking.
They have a nice spot that can accommodate larger rigs and great well water.
Wee really enjoyed our conversations and their nice quiet spot.
Hubby and I stayed for one night. Had a wonderful time and felt right at home. We would recommend this couple highly and glad we met. Easy location to get in and out of even with our 40 ft 5th wheel.
Ken and Diane are simply amazing. They helped us with just about everything, for us "1st-timers" they made it seem simple to do. The circular drive was nice as we didn't have to back up very far upon arrival or when we left. Their place is located close to stores, and yet so quiet. The directions they gave were clear when directing us to a dump site in an RV park. They invited us to sit with them on the back porch, (we were too exhausted), The road that leads to their house is a dead end, paved and was easy for the short walking of my dog. We needed an extra water hose so they let us borrow one of theirs. Ken is very handy when it comes to making things to store other things, for instance they showed us a clothes line that fits on the back of their bicycle carrier, and a ladder that folds and fits into a small square pvc pipe on the back of the camper. Other storage ideas, what to look out for, where some good places are to boondock, and shared other phone apps with us. We will certainly come back (if they are there from their next adventure). So until we meet again, may the road be straight, your ride be smooth, and the sun always shine on your journeys. Thanks again, guys your were great.

We were Ken & Diane’s first guests & they were exceptional, friendly hosts! They provided a level, shaded spot with water that is conveniently located w/in 5 miles of groceries & gas. We enjoyed sharing RV info & tips and getting to know the, and would love to spend more time with them if we ever have the opportunity in the future!
