The site is a level private paved parking lot for my former business in a rural residential area surrounded by open fields. With plenty of room for your fur babies (please pick up after them). There is minimal traffic and will be quiet during the evening. New for the fall of 2020 we have added a wood burning fire pit! You can bring your own wood or we can supply some for a few dollars. Just let me know ahead of time if you can. Please DO NOT take RTT. 116 from Roanoke. This road is very crooked and not RV friendly. Contact me if you'd like easier directions from Roanoke. Also, you should be able to easily pull into our driveway and turn around on my pavement. No need to back in from the road! Suggested Local Attractions:We are very close to Smith Mountain Lake, Booker T Washington National Monument to name a few. The D Day National Monument is up the road about 20 miles. Kroger fuel (including diesel) and grocery store as well as a CVS are nearby.

Great stay. Eddie's instructions were clear and we appreciated information on what route not to take. Plenty of space and thanks for the electrical.

Easy access to this location. Eddie was in contact with us and directed us to a level spot on the pavement. Close to local attractions, which we attended. Even had four deer grazing in the field at sunset! Highly recommend.

Lost Mountain was a great stop for us. Easy to find, quiet and rural but very close sights, shopping and anything you might need. Eddie was prompt in his communications and stopped by to see us as we were preparing to leave. He and his wife were very gracious and helpful. We hope to return to Lost Mountain in the future.
