We are a little more than a mile away from Lake Monroe and the downtown Sanford FL area. Sanford has been revitalized and offers plenty of restaurants, shops and breweries that are an easy bike ride away. You can also walk the riverfront or rent a boat. The Riverwalk is a 5 mile paved trail right next to the lake. Our neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

This is a great spot to park when exploring the cute town of Sanford! Quick and clear communication with the host, level parking spot that is easy access for our class b van, and it's a pleasant one mile walk into the downtown area where there are excellent breweries, restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops. Bo came out and greeted us. He was very friendly. He was also great at communicating with us prior to our stay. The spot was convenient to Tallahassee.
