Leave a reference for this hostDead end street, 3 acre back yard and large wooded areas with trails for walking.
Don't be too loud, the neighbor's bedrooms are near our driveway.
Paved driveway in residential neighborhood. Flat There are tight corners, so the combined length of trailer and tow vehicle should not be over 35 feet.
Next to rig.
Indiana University campus. We are within walking distance of the sports stadiums. Lots of restaurants.
There are lakes for fishing and water sports.
If you play pickleball, I'm your guide.
We couldn't have chosen better hosts for our first RV trip. They were very gracious and made sure our stay was a nice one. You couldn't ask for a closer spot to tour IU and Bloomington and their neighborhood is like a pocket park. You can go hiking, biking, or take a nice run down to the lake where you can of course bring your favorite kayak.
We were passing through Bloomington on our way south and the hospitality extended by SecondWind allowed us to stay in town and have dinner with our daughter. The communication was excellent and we enjoyed a quiet night. Although we weren't able to meet in person, everything was clearly communicated and well handled. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
The experience was truly wonderful. The host gave me an wonderful hiking tour of his 5 acre woods behind their home and pointed me in the direction of the 100 acre Nature Preserve at the end of their dead end street. Location is 1.5 miles from Eskenazi Museum of Art. Hosts did not denigrate us for being MSU Spartans! We had long conversations about colleges and sports. Woke up to 3 deer skipping by our camper. Idyllic.
We enjoyed our two night stay at SecondWind. They were so informative and friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed meeting some of their neighbors and walking the trails behind their home. And their dog Gus was so sweet. We appreciate their warm hospitality!
We had a GREAT time at this location. Our first time boondocking host could not have been more welcoming, including inviting us into their home for supper (which was really good). I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a welcoming, quiet, comfortable stop over. They could be friends along with being our host.
My hosts were so nice. Parked in driveway with 15amp elec. They invited me to dinner last night and it was delicious. They offered to have me stay an extra night because of thunderstorms and i took them up on it.
They showed me really cool trails in their backwoods that my dog and I walked on every day, multiple times a day. And their chocolate lab, Gus is awesome and friendly.
Quiet dead end street in beautiful neighborhood. Would stay again and recommend.
Great stay. My host were more than accommodating and friendly. I got to be the first to boondock at their lovely home.
Quiet street, big back yard and easy acess to town if needed.
I visited Browns Co Park for some bike trail adventure and had fun. Hidden gem.
My 2-night seemed too short.
Thank you for the hospitality.
