Great hosts & an extremely convenient location. Reasonable walk to the IU campus & while a little more of a hike, you can also walk/bike to main street/city square so you don't have to deal with college-town parking.

I had an excellent stay here. Nice level parking space, friendly hosts who met me as I pulled in and made sure I was comfortable. Grateful to have the 15 amp plugin as the nights were definitely cool. Thank-you so much. I will definitely come back!

Bernie and Emily are in a super location close to IU campus. Lovely neighborhood. We walked 1 mile to McNutt residence Hall to visit our grandaughter. Walk back after dark was safe with a flashlight so traffic could see us. Our hosts were super nice and easy to work with. Bernie hooked us up to 110 from garage. Really appreciated their hospitality.

We were on the road up North, and stayed to get some rest. Bernie and Emily were very friendly and I enjoyed my talks with Bernie. They provided us with electric hookup and water for our main tank.

This is a great place to stay. Our hosts were very gracious. Showed us exactly where to park when we pulled in. Helped us to get the electric hooked up.
