Convenient to border crossing

Scott was very accommodating- we arrived in the dark and departed very early - so did not actually meet our host. But the electrical hookup was most appreciated!

Nice quiet spot

We spent a few days here and it was great. We were warmly greeted on arrival, parked the unit and proceeded to visit family in the area.

This is a quiet place in the country, well suited to good nights sleep.

Enjoyable Relaxing Stop

Hobo Harry, and their two dogs were very hospitable especially as she was fighting a cold and we gave them short notice of our arrival on a holiday! They have a lovely country acreage near the St Clair River. Lots of room to park on the level. We sat out on their deck sipping tea and talking about the places we had been or wanted to see until it got too cool. When we mentioned we had a broken sewer hose, he soon presented us with a spare he had never used! Hopefully, they will make it down our part of the country so we can return the hospitality.

A pleasant stop if crossing the St Clair River via the ferry

Scott and Nadine, have a wonderful rural retreat south Sarnia, ON, and very close to the Sombra, ON/Marine City,MI. Ferry. They were very gracious and welcoming during our overnight stay. If you can't talk Scott into it, he will take you on a tour of his state-of-the-art tool and die business in Wallaceburg. I hope Linda and I didn't wear out our welcome, as we surely would love to return. A highlight during our night there was a spectacular thunder and lightning storm with vivid light shows.
