Friendly folks to stay with close to Niagra Falls!

What an amazing first encounter with Boondockers Welcome for us! We became instant friends with Susie and Stew and spent an entire evening visiting with them. Their hospitality was unmeasured and we talked for hours. Stew shared his homemade limoncello and blueberry concoction with us while Susie served us snacks. We even were fortunate enough to share breakfast with them and we were able to try their homemade maple syrup/honey recipe. Yum! Their family shared a wealth of knowledge about the area and gave us so many great hiking ideas. We took their advice and directions and were able to hike many of the beautiful surrounding areas and waterfalls before we headed back to the states. We felt truly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet this down to earth couple and spend the day with them and hope to cross paths with them again on future adventures!

Perfect Pit stop!

We loved the property and the land owners were wonderfully friendly people. We did a day trip to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, the drive was about 45 minutes so it was manageable. Lovely place with very friendly people, we would stay here again if we come back through the area!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and visit. Very easy to visit Lake Ontario, Lake Erie and Niagara Falls area. Free dump station located in the town nearby (doesn't have potable water though).

Ideal Location

Ideal location in the Niagara Region. Great parking spot for a large 5th wheel or motor-home, large area, flat and level. Quiet day and night... the odd car passes by. The hosts are very social, generous and informative. We really look forward to visiting these great hosts again!

Relaxing country lot of places to park

We had an amazing time and outstanding hospitality. Very welcoming into your home. The tour of the property and history of all the great artifacts was great. I really enjoyed the time andexplanation of the beehives and the processing the honey and wax.

This is a great farm homestead relaxing

Stew and Susie made us feel like family!

We had a wonderful afternoon and evening with Stew and Susie on their farm in Ontario. We were treated like family, even sharing some of Susie's cooking and a dram or two of Stew's potion! Loved seeing the kitties and the bunnies. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great hosts! Thanks guys.
