Pretty quite (most of the time) spot and private. I have a very large back yard, feel free to have your dog roam, HOWEVER, the front fence and driveway fence need to be closed if you take your dog off leash. I do NOT recommend it if your dog is known to jump (its only a 4 foot fence) and there are holes in some spots so I also dont recommend for small dogs. I have a next door neighbor but his windows do not face my house. He does have a young dog who is very friendly and will want to meet you! Because this is a neighborhood I can't allow loud generators for long periods of time :( Sorry. I have horse shoes next to the drive way (use at your own risk) I have a patio out back as well as a fire pit and an outside bar (bring your own booze!)
No smoking please, if you do PLEASE dispose of butts in ashtray or into fire. No children, no vicious dogs, please keep generator use to a minimum, my window is right outside the driveway. No generator use after 8pm. Fires out by 8pm.
I am right off the parkway and the main highway in the town, very easy access
I have a large, long slopped drive way. I usually have both my camper van and car parked in it but since I am on a corner lot on a street that isn't traveled on very often I can move for you. Unfortunately I do not have any hook ups, no outside outlets.
We do a lot of last minute trips in the summer, but feel free to give us a shout and see if we can accommodate you
The beach! People come to the beach and pay a lot of money for hotels, this is the perfect opportunity to experience all that without the crazy hotel prices and LOUD noises at night at said hotels. There is also a few parks in the area I recommend. Cedar Creek (RV friendly) Double Trouble state park and Cattus Island Park
