Access Road Conditions

Big Bend Trail is road pocket Park backs up to our home on Fort Davis Street. Neighbors with 40 foot rigs park on it to get ready for travel. Easy flat road with green space pocket park. Pets allowed on leash, pick up and throw all your pet trash. Low curb, to park at Pocket Park then a flat walk across green to back yard crusher run rock path to concrete wheelchair ramp into our back door. Extention cord to rig for electric and water hose for drinking water. We have garden type hose only.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details

Both RV and tow vehicle will park on street behind house to access electric and water in house. Pocket Park is at our back yard of 20 feet. Our lot is a boomerang shaped corner lot. If RV is less than 19 feet you may park in driveway if you wish but it is directly across from mail boxes access. It’s darker and more quiet in Pocket Park. We can decide where best is depending on slide outs too.

Great place to stay the night

Was on the side of a pretty busy street so we felt kind of in the way. There were a couple times that cars honked outside to avoid a collision. But other than that Ken and Shari were more than accommodating!
