We host from May to September, maybe April to Oct depending on weather and snow. If your one of though who work full time from your RV, and spend all day in your rig, and just looking for cheap stays look else ware. IF THE CALENDAR IS BLOCKED THERE'S A REASON FOR IT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Coming Spring of 2023 we will have full Restroom, shower, Laundry available. Sorry no facilities to dump. We may be working on this next year. Dump Station located at Farragut State park about 20 minutes away and also in Dalton Gardens (CDA) Large super 1 grocery store located in Athol. Suggested Local Attractions:Were 10 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park on Hwy 95. 20 minutes from Farragut State Park. 20 minutes from Bay View which is at the South end of Lake Pend Oreille. 30 minutes from Sand Point. 30 Minutes from Coeur d' Alene. 30 Minutes to the Buck Knife Factory. Nice tour, week days only.

Keep in mind this is Idaho. We are not a gun free zone!!!! CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. NO ARRIVALS AFTER 6 pm !!!!!!!!!!!!! We may request early arrival do to our schedule. No Smoking allowed on property this includes Marijuana or any other type of Drugs. NONE allowed. No load music or noise. We do have neighbors and wish to keep the happy. PLEASE BE OFFSITE BY 10 AM THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

Access Road Conditions: Good paved road to the driveway than it will be graded gravel. No issues as our 40 footer has no problems. Have had 44' Motor homes without issues.

I really enjoyed my stay with Bill and Cathy. They were very kind and accommodating. Just all around good people. The bathroom, shower, and laundry made my stay that much better. We all had a little bit of an adventure one day, Lol. They know what I’m talking about, but good communication and working together is what got us through. I highly recommend this host!

If we could give higher than 5 stars we would probably fo with 20. Even tho there was record heat we found our stay to be most enjoyable. Very comfortable, quiet, and a warm welcome from our hosts. The ‘outhouse’ is so much better than what you would think. Clean, modern full bath including a huge shower. Laundry facilities also provided. Needless to say, we highly recommend!!

More amenities than most boondock sites. Close to Couer d’Alene and all to do there. We elected to leave early for our next stop because of forest fires near by but hosts couldn’t have been nicer.

We spent 2 days at Silverwood and this was the perfect place to come back to for a good nights rest! The hosts were welcoming but gave us our space and privacy and freedom to come and go as needed. The water and electricity hookups were great and they even had a private bathroom (with shower) and laundry room available for our use. Thank you so much Bill and Cathy for your hospitality!
