Nice Homestead Couple

My first experience on Boondockers Welcome was with Connie and Austin. They were so nice and welcoming. I wish I'd had time to chat with them more. They're building an interesting homestead and the rv parking space on gravel road base was perfect. Great place to overnight and relax. Thankyou, Connie and Austin!

Transformative Change Masters

The hosts were such a refreshing change from some folks we have met who seem to accept the world as it is devolving. The hosts are part of the transformation of American politics to a more civil, engaging, and positive venture to build dialogue between communities. Both are accomplished musicians/vocal artists as well, and we hope next time we can spend more time with them as we learn more about their journey.

Hot, but beautiful

We had a great visit. Knowing we'd be true boondocking in Texas in the summer, we were expecting to be hot. Lucky for us, they weren't going to be home so we set up right in the shadiest part of the driveway. Great to be in the center of Hills Country!

Quiet and remote place

We had a nice chat outside our camper with our host. Drink a beet and talk about several subjects. In the future They will have a great place to live.

We stayed with this lovely couple for 3 days while visiting Austin, they are gracious, generous and open hosts. We enjoyed a dinner night with them and special friends, lots of laughs, stories and learning opportunities. I love meeting people with a spark! Highly recommend a stay here.

Inviting Couple in a Quiet neighborhood!

We were in the Austin area and contacted TexasConnieGray about boondocking. She responded quickly and we were able to boondock two nights in their front driveway. Upon arrival both Connie and her husband, greeted us and were very nice and helpful- offering us electric hookup, wifi, and recommendations for the area. We didn't need the electric, since we have solar, but we did fill up our water tank before leaving! Such a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully get to talk more music and genealogy!
