We have five tree shaded acres, part of an old pecan grove, and a nice quiet rural setting . We have seen deer, skunks, armadillo, rabbits, squirrel, and lots of birds. Our site is behind our home next to the barn. Water is available as well as 30 amp electricity.
Good paved roads to our driveway. The driveway is well-packed gravel.
Parking is plentiful for tow vehicle on well packed gravel drive
Message to see if we are home or out RVing ourselves.

It was a pleasure to meet Eddie and Jill! They were very welcoming and accommodating, and their large rural property is very peaceful. Thanks so much.
Our hosts called us in the morning and gave us the lay of the land, where to park and hookup. They were going to get home after we arrived, very considerate. Everything worked out fine, met these wonderful folks later and hope to visit with them again, either at our place or theirs. Beautiful rural setting!
We have enjoyed the hospitality of Jill and Eddie + the quiet and beautiful surroundings.
We lissen to the enthusiastic travel stories from each other, loked to Jill’s her quilt activities and Eddie ‘s boat + fishing gear. It was very cosy.
It was a pity that we have not had more time but we would also like to see so many of the usa. Sorry, Thanks, Robert and Nelleke
Jill and Eddie were amazing hosts, so gracious and accommodating! It was a beautiful, private spot, very quiet and pretty. Jill and Eddie weren’t just gracious hosts but wonderful people as well. Thank you so much for a great time, (and great cookies!!).
Had a great stay at the Faststreak residence. They were very gracious hosts and provided us with shelter during severe weather and a tornado warning. We arrived as strangers and left knowing two new friends. The Hidden Jem site was easy to find, private and quiet. Would not hesitate to return when in the area.
Eddie was wonderful. He let our girls run around and collect firewood and gave us a tour of his property as well as helped us park our rig and get set up with power. Just amazing!
We decided to stay outside of Jackson pretty last minute and Eddie was very kind to approve us on such short notice. The lot is beautiful and the drive there on the Natchez Trace is just spectacular. We had a really nice chat with Eddie and he showed us his new camper, in return we showed him ours. All in all, we had a very good stay. Thanks again.
This was a great overnight location. They were
very nice people. Made me feel right at home. Wish I could’ve spent more time with them but Eddie was getting over the flu so limited my time but would highly recommend them as a place to stay. They Have a nice comfortable home in the woods and a great campsite. Hope They will visit us in Abingdon when they travel to our area.
This was our very first stay at a Boondockers Welcome Host location. Unfortunately we never got to meet Jill but Eddie saw that we had everything we needed. After an early morning thunderstorm Eddie made sure we survived that ok. He mentioned points of interest around the area. Eddie set a high bar for any future Boondocker's hosts we may use. Thank you!
They were very helpful with getting us in out of the spot. They also provided us with some good old southern hospitality. I would stop here again if we are back in the area.
We were made feel welcome from start to finish. Eddie and Jill took us to dinner to try Mississippi catfish and fried pickle with cornbread, we were welcomed into their home and felt like we were part of the family. Eddie took my husband into town to have our truck fixed and Jill treated our children like they were her own. We are truly blessed to have met these wonderful new friends and will be joining them and their family for Christmas x thank you for a wonderful experience x
Our hosts were extremely helpful getting us set up, even offering a longer electrical cable for the electric hookup. We spent a couple of evenings trading travel stories with coffee on their back porch. They had great suggestions on what to see in the area. Very knowledgeable about the local and regional history. I believe we were only their third "Boondockers" guests, but it seemed like they had been doing this for years. They truly represent Southern charm and hospitality. We will definitely make plans to stay there on our way back to Alaska. Highly recommend calling the hosts before you come.
We spent our first Boondocking night on E & J's beautiful property. Our 1st time boondocking and their 1st time hosting. What an adventure! We weren't prepared with the correct length electric cord or water hose (we'd only stayed in RV Parks). Such wonderful hosts provided what we needed to be comfortable for the night! It was great having some time to get to know them and hear about their experiences on the road! Thank you for your hospitality and we're hoping our trails cross again one day. Happy trails!
