We have an open grassy area of about 1 acre surrounded by woods available at about 1/4 mile beyond our home. We are located in northeastern Vermont - the rural, unspoiled part of the state. There are no hook-ups at the site but we can provide access to fresh water and 30 amp. hook-up at the house. The boondocking area has a gentle slope so you will need levelers. A walk in the woods beyond crosses 2 small streams with footbridges. We may have to restrict use of the area during a wet spring/early summer so check ahead.
Fires permitted when we build a fire ring. No shooting of firearms, no fireworks.
From the paved road it is a private 1/3 mile driveway to our house. Before the turn to our house the gravel road continues to the boondocking area. There is a 90 degree turn on the access road but no hills.
Next to the rig or on our drive. We have lots of room.
Our site is available from late May to mid-October. Please contact us ahead. We may take off to boondock ourselves.

We contacted Cars n Carving the week we bought our RV, and Dick and Nancy were generous and flexible when we arrived a few hours late from Boston, in Labor Day traffic with our two kids finally kinking our en route. The first night we plugged in to their garage great after the long drive. In the morning we chatted With Nancy and Dick before going out for the day to see family nearby. That night we dry camped in their field and had a relaxing evening with a short hike and campfire... Thankyou Dick and Nancy for hosting our maiden voyage, and first boodockers welcome experience! We stayed with Cars 'n' Carving October 12, 2017. They go way out of their way to make you welcome. We had no trouble parking our 25’ trailer in their meadow although one corner on the way from their house to the meadow required a second try to make it around. Strongly recommend them.
