We have an 80 acre produce farm. Space available on gravel near our shop with electric and water access or "boondock" by our pond on grass. No electric or water at the pond, but a nice dock, beach and fire ring (It's where we take a "camping" break, at home.) State park has dump station ($10 fee)-8 miles, propane available 12 miles away.
Will consider more campers if traveling together.
Can accept horse campers, adjacent state (Ceasar's Creek) park has 37 miles of horse
Dogs on leash until we see how they do with our dogs and farm animals.
1/2 mile long gravel drive. We do our best to keep limbs trimmed.
Plenty of room to turn around with any size RV/trailer

We stayed at BBCove farm October 15th. for three days. Very gracious and friendly people! Their communications are unbelievably fast! Wonderful quiet location a little ways off the road. We stayed with our 35' coach and Jeep towed vehicle. They offered water and electric and we accepted water but didn't need electric with our solar. The peacocks were fun and friendly. There were pears and apples by the mule's pasture fence and they provided a snack for them. They allowed us to stay an extra day to see the Air Force Museum that they recommended. Great experience and just a short drive away. Hospitality was superb. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars of 5
Gracious hosts. Good communications, great directions, super place to stay. 1/2 mile from the road, electric water, peacocks and mules.
Stella had a great time playing with Hazel, Peanut and T Bone.
If you are in the area this is a great place.
Our hosts were ever so gracious allowing us to park our truck on their farm while we took advantage of the beautiful bike trail. We met strangers and left with new friends. That's the thing about fellow RV-ers- we all have wanderlust in common. Any other similar interests are just icing on the cake!
The farm was a really nice & quiet place to spend the night. The organic greenhouse was impressive. Our host was very nice and welcoming. The peacocks kept us company all night and we quite enjoyed hearing them calling. Our puppy loved the fields to run through and his swim in the pond! We would definitely like stay here again!
