We have two spots
The first spot is a pretty level concrete pad that used to have a mobile home on it and it is pretty much for any length of RV as long as you can manoeuvre it in. The spot looks out over a meadow that is surrounded by trees. The spot is 200 ft away from the home which makes it a bit hard to run water and electricity to it but neighbours are far enough away to run a normal quiet generator without disturbing anyone and we once had a 200 ft water hose rolled out for friends that stayed a bit longer.
The second spot is in front of our garage, I'd say 30 foot is a good limit to manoeuvre it in although longer might be possible. This spot also looks out over the meadow. There is water and 110v 20 amp electricity at this spot.
Wifi might be possible but the distances might be too great.
Although it is not a problem for our 36 ft diesel pusher the entrance road is reasonably steep and bumpy. See this video to get the feel:
We are here most of the time. Just send us a message to see if a spot is available when you need it.
Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville to name a few.
We stayed with this very nice couple for an over night on Dec 6th. Emailed the night before and recieved the next morning a prompt telephone call. Uppon arrival we were immidiately hooked up to utility and were offered water supply too. Then were invited to their home, for an interesting conversation, where we found many things in common. The bonus was that we also got a few technical diagnosys for our RV. Learnt new things Very nice and welcoming couple. Highly recommnded host.
