PLEASE, read the following IN FULL before contacting us...We live on the Main Street of a quaint Victorian village less than an hour from the Vermont border. There are multiple wonderful attractions in town and in the surrounding area. Most local residents speak both French and English. We have a circular driveway, so you can "pull through", and we offer both a 110 volt electric and a water hookup. Since our space is compact, we can only accommodate either a Sprinter-type motorhome of 24' or less, or a car/pickup plus trailer of 18' or less. Because of the proximity of passing traffic, no children under 12 years. Dogs okay if leashed at all times, walked off-property and picked up after.
We live on a busy paved street, but traffic is sparse at night so sleeping should not be a problem. The circular gravel driveway is narrow, between the house and some trees, but allows you to "pull through", so coming and going is safe and easy.
We mostly do short trips of 2-3 nights in our 17' Ultralight trailer, so we are home much of the time, especially Thursday-Saturday. Season is May to October.
Boutiques, restaurants, cafés, a public swimming beach (small fee for parking), Marina with lakeside resto, boat launch, Lions Park with large green space for games and tennis courts, hiking trails, museum, art galleries, vineyards (we are on the Wine Route), artist studio tours, Victorian historical walking tours, and fall "leaf-peeping". Within half an hour of our home there is an aqua park and zip-lining and a campground with dumping station 10 minutes away. In short, there's not much we don't have!
