We have a concrete pad more than large enough for a class A coach and a trailer. Currently we have a electrical pole next to it to hook up 110 power and we have a 50 amp installed there also.
We are located 3 miles west of I-44 @ exit 104th street. We are also behind Will Rogers World Airport - about 10 minutes away.
Smoking, generators and small children welcome. You can leave just about anytime the next day.
Our property is gated and we will provide a temp gate code so you can come and go all you want at any hour.
Southwest 104th street is a paved two land road. Depending on the size of your RV we will tell you from which direction to enter from.
We offer a 20' wide by 100' long concrete pad so there is plenty of room for your RV, tow vehicle and or trailer.
We live and work out of "Milam Castle" so we are home most of the time. Please call in advance for availability. No availability without prior authorization.
Thunder Basketball - 15 minutes away
Remington Park - 25 minutes away
Bricktown Canal District - 15 minutes away
They were kind enough to let us stay even though they weren’t available to greet us. Easy to find on roads with no low hanging branches, this host has an immaculate property with a large pad for parking, plenty of area to get even a large rig turned around, and even offered a 50a service. (We are just a small truck Camper, so didn’t need it, but it’s lovely that it is available for others). Their home is one of a kind, and makes for a very interesting place to boondock when you have small children. “Mom! We are staying next to a castle!”
Joe was an amazing host! He helped us out with extention cord and dogbone for his 50amp service. His property is quiet and peaceful. His castle is amazing, perfect concrete pad to park our rig for two nights. If your in the area this host is highly recommended! Five Stars!!! Two Thumbs up!!!!
He was an amazing host! Very welcoming. Can't say enough good about the stay. There house is a must see, one of a kind. Huge yard for dogs or children. Even seen a deer. Easy to get to , lots of space to turn around. Any size rig will fit.
We stayed two nights at the castle. Mr. Joe (as our kids called him) gave us a full tour of the castle inside and out. It’s our dream home x100. Unbelievable really. But, the best part of the stop were the very kind and hospitable hosts.
RV spot, power etc was great. We all had a blast! THANK YOU!
This was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome and what an experience it was. Milam Castle is unbelievably beautiful and relaxing. Our host was very gracious and friendly. If you’re going anywhere near Oklahoma City this is the place to stay. It’s not far from any attractions and if you just want to rest and use the pool, it’s all yours to enjoy.
We have nothing but good things to say about the hosts. First, we had a coach problem further east and could not make it to OKC on our scheduled date. A quick call to explained our situation and we were able to change the date to the next day, July 4th with no issue at all. It is such an amazing property and home. We were fortunate to get a tour of the house and it was spectacular to say the least. They are some of most generous people we have have ever met and we hope to be back if we ever go back through OKC. And the bonus neighborhood firework show was a treat for the kids, well done!
We stayed two nights at Milam Castle as we passed through Oklahoma City. Our host was great and gave us a tour of his home. The place is amazing and beautiful. It truly is an experience. Joe takes great pride in his amazing home and we loved hearing all about it. The parking pad was level and we had 50amp hookup. The electric was wonderful considering we stayed in the heat of the summer. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We would travel here just to stay at the Castle again.
Beautiful property, gracious hosts. Great place to park our 40-foot 5th wheel while still attached to our truck.
Had a great stay for 2 nights. Wonderful hosts and a beautiful acreage. I would say it was more of an experience than a place to stay!
This is an amazing place with amazing people. We enjoyed our stay with these very generous people a lot. Like an other person commented you will have to hear their story yourself. Very generous and special people!
This host welcomed us and made us feel like royalty...With a tour and explanation of his home castle we felt it very noble of him to do what he does. You will be pleasantly surprised to know this family is so charitable to their community. Their home and property is ever changing and gorgeous! We would stay here again if invited and may even bring our daughter back for her wedding...it's just that beautiful. We are so grateful to have found this lovely site for the night. It's even pretty in the dark. I would recommend them to anyone!
Great response time, nice pad to park on, very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Our first BDW experience and Milam Castle was far more than we expected! It does a heart good to meet genuinely kind people. He welcomed us at the gate to guide us to the pad where we parked and hooked up to 50 amp service. We were prepared to boondock but hooking up to electrical service was sure nice. We received a tour of the Castle and...wow, just wow! The location was quite, convenient, and close to shopping. We highly recommend Milam Castle and hope to stop by again some day!
Milam Castle were very friendly and accommodating. Joe gave us a tour of this incredibly designed Castle which is their home and a venue for weddings, proms and parties that they actually give to the community at no charge! It is spectacular and if you stay here, you'll know what we mean! Would love to stop again if we are in the Oklahoma City area.
We didn't know what to expect...but boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Joe greeted us warmly and gave us a complete tour of his home, that doubles as a wonderful, free event center for weddings and other occasions.
Would highly recommend a stay here...on the grass or concrete pad. Not to be missed!

Castle is the right word for this place and these hosts are rightly proud of it. They are the most genuine, generous and giving people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. But I'll let them tell you their own story when you stay there. I wish we had more time to spend with them. The concrete pad is huge and there is power available. This is an excellent location for visiting Oklahoma city.
