Beautiful, sometimes windy location with views of Northumberland Strait. We are renovating the old house which came with our 40 acres. Walking distance to Rossignol Winery. 10 Minutes to beaches, kayaking and walking trails. 15 minutes to small grocery store in Murray Harbour, 25 minutes to larger stores in Montague. 10 minutes to Wood Islands Ferry. 45 minutes to Charlottetown.

Access Road Conditions

Sharp turn from road into driveway and one other one in the driveway. We drive a 37 foot A class and are able to get in however longer vehicles may have difficulty.
Once at top of driveway will need to back into spot. There is room to turn around.
Dirt driveway - soft in spring.

Suggested Local Attractions

Several beaches including some good for sea glass collecting within 10-15 minute drive. Walking distance to Rossignol winery. 15 minutes to Cape Bear Lighthouse and Murray Harbour. Confederation Trail in Murray River (10 minutes). 25 minutes to Montague (beautiful wharf and walking trails).

Friendly and accommodated on short notice

Wonderful area to park our 30 foot. Nice grassy area, accommodated us on short notice. Halfway stop on the way to Sauble so just stayed one night. Met their dog and Scott after their morning walk. Will definitely stay again. Thank you
