We love our place and love to share it! Details: We are empty nesters in our mid 50s and have a large family and love our spot on the river. We have been called Hippies by our close friends and that doesn't offend us. We have hugged a few trees. We don't live in the normal boundaries of life and love to test the edges of our "Lifestyle" with like minded people. So bring your Pineapple and come play. Yes that means what you think it does Home Town: Kerrville and Center Point Skills or Expertise to Share: We can help with just about anything and if we can't we know who can.

I requested two weeks ago and no answer, maybe they stoped hosting. Looks like the last review was 10 months ago.

Rick and Kay are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. We stayed in the middle of the great Texas snowmageddon 2021 and they were nice enough to let us stay way longer than we had originally planned. They invited us to family diner on Sunday and we got to meet and visit with a bunch of their family and friends, who were also super nice people with vast knowledge of the area. Their property is super cool; we wish the weather would have been better so we could have spent more time outside. Rick and Kay made the Texas snowstorm way more tolerable for us and we were so very grateful to make new friends.

Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The place we parked had a lovely view of and access to the Guadalupe River. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Had we more time, we would have loved to explore the river.

Rick and Kay were so welcoming! I loved spending time with them by the river. This is a really special slice of heaven on earth. The outdoor shower was amazing too. Really hope to visit again one day!
