Very nice couple with 3 young-adult children, all of whom are coming and going and always busy running their home based business. We remain impressed and carry deep respect for self employed folks. We had stimulating conversation learning and comparing our respective lives and work. They made us feel sufficiently comfortable to broach USA/Canadian political issues as obtaining this information from real people rather than from politicians or the news is rare.
We had a fun and relaxing stay with this host couple and their family - great people, extremely helpful and generous! Thank you for hosting us!
We enjoyed a nice visit with our hosts, and greatly appreciated their hospitality.
we had so much to talk about, so much in common...
coulda stayed there a month
This was our first Boondocking experience and we had a wonderful time and made new friends. They were very helpful in directing us to memorable experiences that we will treasure for a life time. Highly recommend
We stayed a couple of nights at Bruhmcamp in September and can't say enough good things about them. They were incredibly friendly, even though they were busy, they still took the time to give us good recommendations for things to do in the area and we had a great night swapping stories around a bonfire on their deck one night. Very nice people and we really appreciated them hosting us.
Can not recommend these hosts and location more highly. Even though they were busy, they could always find time for a chat, make suggestions for places of interest in the area and made us feel totally at ease and welcome...even their cats are friendly. They are close to Lunenburg and many other beaches and coastal attractions which they pointed us towards.
Hopefully we can host them or one of the family down under some day.
If we are lucky enough to stay with them again, it will have to be a Thursday so we can experience "Wing Night".
Thanks again for making this a memorable Boondock. You are truly a genuine, welcoming family.
Even though our hosts informed us that they would not be there to welcome our arrival we did feel most welcomed by their cats. One even brought us the gift of a mouse! Made us feel right at home! When our hosts arrived we were fortunate enough to share a drink and some stories with them. Thank you Angie and Raymond for a lovely stay.
Very easy access for any size of rig, convenient location for day trips on the Atlantic shore of Nova Scotia.
We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with our hosts during the course of our stay.
This is a place we will return to on our next eastern trip.
Bruhmcamp showed us a true east coast welcome. They made us feel at home, and with family. Wonderful place, lots of room and a short drive to town. Highly recommended!
Angela and Ramond were excellent hosts had the opportuunity to meet their lovely family. We had a great time talking with them it was nice they had time to for us to get to know them a bit. We hope to see them again.
We weren't able to stay because OUR plans changed but I wanted to leave a positive review. I contacted them rather late and heard back very quickly that we could stay and received the location address. That makes for a much easier night's sleep! Then when I found out that our plans changed, I notified her and received a very gracious response. Thank you so much for your time!
