For us, CocaCola was a convenient place to stop for the night on our trip to the West. About mid-way between Winnipeg and Regina, it is in the large parking of the host's business. He recommended a most typical general store to visit and it was well worth the visit. We had a great ice cream and the general store's owner took some great pictures of us pretending to serve customers. We had a good laugh. Cocacola's host is very sympathetic and we had a good conversation and he can even reveal why he chose CocaCola as a name :-) ... I recommend for the reasons above.
Our host and his wife made us very welcome. We had a nice evening and slept very well because there was not much traffic.
Rob is a very friendly guy. He recommended that we visit a Unique Antique ice cream house in Brandon which is nearby, we were not disappointed, it was worth the visit. Would definitely recommend 'COCACOLA' as a good place for Boondocking.
It is the long weekend of may when we arrived. The place to stay is beside the Office. Nobody was there more so we have put our homecar there and could stay for the night.
Rob was very nice and friendly. We stayed in the parking lot of his business. He even
Gave us a little Planck for our trailer. We hung it that evening. We will try to stay there on our way back.
We stayed here one night on our journey.
Pleasant gentleman.
He even let us do laundry in the shop washing machine.
Location is convenient, close to the Trans Canada Highway, and fairly close to a large shopping mall.
It was quiet, and felt almost secluded.
Stayed one night at this location as we were passing through. Very helpful and fun to visit with them. I recommend this site. Wonderful hosts!
