We live in the southeast portion of Washington state. In Benton City, adjacent to the tri-cities area of Richland, Kennewick and Pasco.
This is considered the high desert area. There is limited to no shade while you are parked.
We live on 2 1/2 acres and have parking available for overnight (or a two night maximum) if you need.
Rules are flexible.
Although we live at the beginning of a dirt/gravel road, it is easily accessible.
At some point you will need to back up to exit.
Please make sure you are comfortable doing so. Much appreciated.
Pretty flexible. Send us a message to see if a spot is available.

It was like coming to visit favorite relatives. I felt like I had known them as good friends forever. Helped me immediately with making sure I took the easiest route to the location, upon arrival came out and helped me set up and meet Jack and Rhys my two dogs. It was a great stop. I had a wonderful time chatting and before I knew it so much time had passed and we laughed and just enjoyed stories. I would come again. In fact I would feel guilty not stopping! I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.
Lovely couple. Very helpful directing us in. Loved chatting in the evening. Beautiful views. Great area to walk our dogs just up the road. I hope we keep in touch!
I was late coming in, about 8:15pm, but James Swanson welcomed me & my dogs to visit before setting up for the night. We had a nice visit & good nights rest. Wonderful warm couple & nice quiet place to overnight. I will definitely us them again on my travels to Washington, you should too.
We spent a night with these guys and enjoyed the short visit very much. Although they are both working folk, they made time to chat with us, it was great hearing the stories about their travels and told a few stories myself (some of which were even true) well almost true.
Thanks very much and safe travels guys!
