We live in Ball Ground, Georgia which is off I575 exit 27. I have a 13' x 26' concrete pad with a 12' by 26' steel carport with 10’ height clearance to park on plus a gravel area and even a grassy area. I have water and 30 amp electric and a dump available. Pull through possible, plus pull in or back in. Smaller campers pulled by midsize trucks usually have no problem. If you have a camper over 20 feet and a full size four door truck you might o will have problems. Rigs bigger than what will not pass through my carport might be able to back in and park in front of it. That way you can have access to my power and possibly dump station. Big rigs can also pull in behind my carport, and back out when leaving. Depending on the length leveling might be needed. I also have a semi level spot in my yard, but if the ground is wet not good to park there. Quiet generator, no loud ones, we have neighbors and RV pad is close to our bedroom. The Pleasure-Way Plateau XLTS that I owned fit in my covered carport area. Suggested Local Attractions:We have a new place in town that is a neat place, Barrel House Coffee ( https://www.barrelhousecoffeeco.com/ ). They serve a truly unique coffee! You can walk to the Burger Bus, Les Bon Temps Louisiana Kitchen or Frankfurt Doner & Meats. Jill's Bakery has breakfast and lunch sandwiches and baked treats. We also have a great store in town called Ball Ground Hounds, they have a great selection of dog food, toys and other dog necessities. There are a several nice gifts shops in town. The Ball Ground Botanical Garden is an very short walk. Ball Ground is a small and unique town, the Tom Cruise movie American Made was shot in Ball Ground.

House Rules

Just be nice, we are easy to get along with and enjoy having visitors. All we ask is that when you leave you clean up and dispose of any trash in our trash can. Pets need to be on a leash for their safety. I ask that either I or someone watch your rig if you pull through my carport to make sure it fits and your are properly aligned.

Location

Access Road Conditions: My side yard driveway is on a one way street. A gravel driveway leads to my covered concrete parking pad. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I had people two times stay with me with 24 foot campers. They did okay but it was extremely tight! I can only set 20, 25 or 30 max RV length with the APP, so I chose 25. But I would really like to have a max of 23 camper to eliminate any possible issues. I have plenty of space to park a tow vehicle, both on gravel or even a grassy area. The parking areas are either in front or behind RV pad or about 20 feet away on grassy area. There is pull through parking if your rig fits in my steel carport. Otherwise you can back-in in front of the carport and have access to 30 amp service. Pull in behind carport and back out to leave. I also have another area that you can back-in a bigger rig but no hookups there.

I had a quick stay here, but it was a perfect spot for a good nights rest before leaving early the next morning. The host greeted me and was super welcoming and the area felt very safe. Thanks for having me!

Quaint, convenient and safe. Our Ball Ground stay was exceptional. We slept peacefully, enjoyed our conversations with our gracious hosts and enjoyed the local area—which is breathtakingly beautiful. Highly, highly recommend our hosts. Many thanks to you both.
