Country setting on a 1 km dead end dirt road. Steep turning driveway, no problem for small RV's (calls B's, C's etc.) but not really easy for class A's or travel trailers. One parking space available, but could make room for a second in a pinch. Easy access to hiking trails, rock climbing and a small lake. My wife only speaks french, but I am fluently bilingual (french and english). Our town has a municipal dumping station. Weak (or no) cell phone signal.
No winter availability (typically early November to end April) due to road conditions and snow build-up in the parking area.

Usually available from May to November. Not in winter due to snow. We will often be gone on weekends this summer, as well as extended vacation in July or August. The site in front of our house should be available even if we are away, with no water or electrical service.
