Country setting on a 1 km dead end dirt road. Steep turning driveway, no problem for small RV's (calls B's, C's etc.) but not really easy for class A's or travel trailers. One parking space available, but could make room for a second in a pinch. Easy access to hiking trails, rock climbing and a small lake. My wife only speaks french, but I am fluently bilingual (french and english). Our town has a municipal dumping station. Weak (or no) cell phone signal. No winter availability (typically early November to end April) due to road conditions and snow build-up in the parking area. Suggested Local Attractions:Musee de L'ingéniosité Joseph Armand Bombardier (http://www.museebombardier.com/en). Inventor of the snowmobile, basically Quebec's Henry Ford. Sentiers de l'Estrie (https://www.lessentiersdelestrie.qc.ca/) Hiking trails, you can access directly from our house.

Active pre-retirement couple Details: We enjoy camping, travelling, cycling, kayaking, hiking, fishing, hunting. Home Town: Racine, Quebec is a small town, about 1000 population. The area has beautiful fall colors. Our town had a non official municipal dumping station but no hose to rince. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Not yet discovered. Skills or Expertise to Share: I'm a professional mechanical engineer and jack of all trades (master of none as the saying goes...LOL). I have a pretty well equipped workshop.
