One semi-retired business owner and retried school teacher traveling as often and whenever we can Details: We have been camping for about three years in a class B van. We travel to see the amazing scenery. Our travels have taken us mostly to the south in the winter months. We avoid interstate highways and seek out small towns to explore. Local museums, antique shops and hometown restaurants draw us in. Favorite Boondocking Locations: No Boondocking experiences

Minnie Lane is an absolutely idyllic place to stay. Despite the rains this area has been having, the rolling hills of Ohio are still incredibly beautiful. It's also hard to imagine a more genuine and caring host than the owners of Minnie Lane. They have taken care to put in sites that are better than some "resorts" we've stayed at. The directions to this stay were spot on and we were warmly greeted upon our arrival. You don't want to pass this one up if you are in the area.

We stayed at Minnie Lane for a few nights to catch the '24 eclipse. Carl showed us where to park on a firm, level gravel spot. There was access to 20/30/50A power and a water faucet with good well water. Enjoyed hiking thru the woodlot, sitting on the dock on the pond, excellent sunsets... We had no problem getting in the driveway with a 20' trailer, but it would be tight for bigger vehicles. Follow the directions & approach from the west for an easier entry. Thanks again to Carl & Dianna for a superb HH weekend.

Karl and Diana were wonderful hosts. Great spots with eclectic and water, pond (for fishing and swimming). We were lucky enough to see the 2024 eclipse from this beautiful location with 2 other traveling units. Thanks for the moon cookies!!
