We have one site with 30 amp power, water, RV dump, fire pit and picnic table. There are also several locations around our shop where you can have partial hookups including 20 amp power. We can even provide you some dry firewood. We also have an isolated primitive site for 2-3 RVs around a large fire pit when the weather is good and field is dry to drive on. We look forward to visiting with you!
We do have Wifi available. You can see the username and password on the directions page once you are accepted as a guest.
We have water available to fill your tanks but we recommend you use a filter as the water can have a slight iron taste to it otherwise.
Our primitive site is across the field behind the red shop. It has no hookups there but can accommodate several RVs at one time if you like. When there is no fire ban you can use the large fire pit in the center. Don’t attempt to cross the field unless the weather has been dry as it can get very soft after rains and in the winter time. It is best to check with us before getting off the graveled driveways.
We sometimes have several boondockers at one time so let us know what your needs are and we will do the best we can to accommodate them.

We are looking forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay!

Before using either of the RV dumps let us know as we need to plug in a pump to make the system work.
You and your children are welcome to make use of our back yard, including the picnic table and big toy, so make yourselves at home. Pets are welcome too as long as they do their business in the field and not on our lawn.
If you would like to go for a walk in the woods, go straight back behind the shop across the field, through the RV site and you will find a mowed trail going into the woods. Everything inside the fence is our property so enjoy the loop trail if you like. The paved road beside our house is also nice for walking or biking and has limited traffic.
Our hookup site is graveled with good access to it. A little tight for one turn around the shop but you can see that in the pictures. I do it with our 29 foot trailer all the time. The other sites are in a small field surrounded by trees with a large fire pit in the middle. Some height issues as you enter the site. We also have an open field which is available when the weather is dry and the field is solid.
Anywhere on the gravel will be fine. May be best to drop your toad before driving behind the shop. Just check it out before you drive back.
Hookup site is available year round. Primitive sites are only available in summertime when the field is dry enough to drive on as there is no gravel on the road to access it.
We have a lot of rivers and trails around for kayaking, hiking and biking. Nearby we have lots of Outlet Malls, antique shops, museums as well as an authentic steam train from spring to fall plus on some holidays. We are only 2 hours from the ocean and 1 1/2 hours to the St. Helens Volcanic Monument. To learn more about out local community click here: www.discoverlewiscounty.com
Great hosts and very welcoming, even though they weren't home at the time. We contacted them and even though they were away volunteering they offered us their spot. We really didn't expect this and were very grateful. We waited for them to come back so we could thank them in person. The spot is nice, large and private. Great experience and hopefully we'll be back in the area to say hi.
I was blown away by their hospitality. The location is beautiful and hosts incredibly friendly and generous. I would highly recommend to anyone.
What a beautiful treat to stay here. Deer passing through in the morning and a nice quiet garden and yard. They are so hospitable. A loving family and so engaging. I would stay here again in a second. The spot was great also, so level with amenities. Like a class A RV resort, except you are one of the only occupants. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Very nice place not too far off the highway. The primitive campsite is absolutely perfect! Didn't have the chance to meet Julie, but Kevin was very welcoming and easygoing. Would go back anytime we are in the area!
Kevin & Julie's hospitality was was and genuine. We were greatly blessed not just by the provision of a lovely boondocking site, but primarily by their cheerful and encouraging presence. It will be a blessing to be able to host them in return one day, Lord willing.
We stayed one night, along with a few other boondockers. The hosts were away, but still allowed fellow RVers use their property. Amazing. We did meet them in the morning, and they are very nice people! I wish we would have had time to stay longer so we could have gotten to know them better. This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience and got us off to a great start!
We spent two nights with them although wew were only able to spend time with them our last morning. The site is just great. Level and roomy..and aour conversation and the stacking of firewood with other boondockers was great fun. Kevin and Julie did all that anyone could yo make is feel at home.
Kevin and Julie are just good people!! We loved getting to know them and they were some of the best hosts we've stayed with! Not just because of Julie's zucchini bread :) Look forward to seeing these two again in the future!
Both Kevin & Julie were great hosts and have a beautiful setting for overnighting! One night we got home to find that Kevin and Julie had started a fire and were visiting with the other BoonDockers that were also staying. A great stay and very hospitable folks! Mark & Patsi
We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday at Kevin and Julie's property. It was an incredible spot and they allowed us to use their 30 amp hookup as well as water. We even dumped our gray water tank on our way out the next morning. They were a delight to talk to and we would highly suggest them to other boondockers in the area. Thank you, Kevin and Julie for a great place to rest a couple nights.
This was a perfect stop for me. On the way to the Olympic Peninsula, not far off the highway. Several spots, nice and level. The hosts were so kind. We had a chance to visit and a campfire with two other boondockers. Really pretty spot and such nice people! So glad people are willing to host!
Kevin & Julie were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming, friendly and personable. We sat around the fire pit with 2 other boondockers and our hosts and traded travel stories and tips. Just a great experience, this is what Boondockers Welcome is all about..... Thanks Kevin & Julie, hope to see you in Florida sometime.
Kevin and Julie were wonderful hosts to us for our one night stay. They provided excellent communication about their plans and instructions. Their home and property is beautiful and just far enough away from freeways and towns to be in the country yet still be accessible. Deer munched grass near the trailer while we relaxed inside. Cows were nearby and helped to create an aura of quiet country life. Kevin has water, power and sewer connections available, but we didn't need them. The site is level, nicely graveled and easily accessed from the road. Turnaround space was ample. Finally, I just have to say how great these people are. We talked with them for an hour or more after they came home from their family obligations. We just had such a wonderful time with them. Thanks Kevin and Julie!!!!
Although Kevin was fighting fires away from home they still excepted us to stay on thier property with full hookups. Julie immidiatly let us feel at home which she left open for us at all time. I think we will stay here for ever.... More people like those two will make the world a better place. Thank you very much Kevin and Julie.
Kevin and Julie were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we needed while we were visiting as well as to be on our way again. We unfortunately didn't get to meet Kevin, but Julie was very welcoming & helped us with some tools we needed to make some minor repairs. Their space was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the nearby town of Chehalis. Thanks very much for a great boondocking experience, hope to see you down the road.
Kevin and Julie's space is so beautiful. I feel like I'm in a park (a well-manicured park). The space is off the road behind a large shop and is surrounded by green. It's very peaceful. Even though they were off on their own adventures, they were wonderful hosts - responsive, accommodating, and gave clear instructions on how to get here and where to park. Thank you so much for making my first Boondockers Welcome experience a great one!
We stayed 2 times (once when we were going north and once when went in the south). They are very nice and friendly people. They made us very comfortable and made all the facilities available. Thank you very much for your great welcoming!
