Lovely spot in a small town but felt like a rural area with the small pond and neighborhood chickens. The host doesn't live on site, but parking instructions were clear and we appreciated the 30 amp plug in near the pond. We enjoyed the lighted fountains in the pond even though the water level was very low due to lack of rain. We had a peacefull rest and wern't bothered by any dog barking or rooster crowing. We appreciated the pull through site and remembered to turn right when leaving avoiding the dead end on the left. We would be happy to stay there again the next time we're in the area.

This was the perfect first experience to Boondockers Welcome. It was exactly what I needed- peaceful, quiet and tranquil. It may seem silly, but my favorite part was falling asleep to the bullfrogs. The host is such a nice guy, and he has made the property so nice. I'm really excited for him, ... what it will look like in a year from now. If I ever come back through Arkansas, I will absolutely see if I can stay here again.

We were running a little later than planned because of a slide our issue, but we made it just at dark. Easy in for our 37' 5th wheel, 13'4" high. Going out I should have turned right instead of left. (Dead end) It was a nice spot with a slight downhill grade so we were perfectly level and stayed hooked up. Good thing, because we woke up to SNOW when the roosters 🐓 crowed. Heading south for warmer weather. Thanks for the great spot!!!!!
