Have you stayed at this host location?
Situated within 3 acres on a hilltop overlooking the city of Bristol. This is also a Certified Wildlife Habitat with many different types of animals. Although we have seen no signs of bears, there are deer, rabbits, opossums, foxes, squirrels, owls, hawks, eagles, cats, dogs and yes, skunks. They stay mainly in the lower meadow areas, but they do wonder through at night. Otherwise, it is a peaceful quiet area. 15amp power available and I use my AC without problems. Fresh water can be provided. No dumping on site, but I do have access for dumping just under a half mile up the road on private property. If the weather is good and has not been raining in a while, you can have access to a large flat, mowed, manicured grass area, although you do have to travel with a slight sideways incline so 4wd may be needed to get in and out. I do have a circle drive that I have negotiated a 25 foot trailer with 2wd truck, no problem. Can have 1 RV in the drive, and 1 in the large flat area, however a longer hose for water would be required. SPECIAL NOTE: For the big boys over 25', I do have a place for you too. It is off site where the dump is, however there is no water or electric or WiFi on that site at the current time. My brother has a 40' Monoco that space is more than enough room to turn and move around. Available by SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY. Not always available. PLEASE NOTICE: I TRAVEL MYSELF SO SITE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER THRU MARCH.
No generators after 10pm. Pets are free to roam, but you must clean up their wastes. Fires not permitted in high windy conditions, ask if in doubt. Children must have adult supervision.
1/2 mile off a major 4 lane highway onto a 2 lane country road with a gravel drive access to the area. My camper is 10ft. 11in. tall and have no clearance problems.
2 spaces available besides the RV parking.
Call or email for availability, I travel myself in a moments notice.
