Situated within 3 acres on a hilltop overlooking the city of Bristol. This is also a Certified Wildlife Habitat with many different types of animals. Although we have seen no signs of bears, there are deer, rabbits, opossums, foxes, squirrels, owls, hawks, eagles, cats, dogs and yes, skunks. They stay mainly in the lower meadow areas, but they do wonder through at night. Otherwise, it is a peaceful quiet area. No power available at this time. Fresh water can be provided. No dumping on site. I do have a circle drive that I have negotiated a 25 foot trailer with 2wd truck, no problem. PLEASE NOTICE: I TRAVEL MYSELF SO SITE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER THRU MARCH.
No generators after 10pm. Pets are free to roam, but you must clean up their wastes. Fires not permitted in high windy conditions, ask if in doubt. Children must have adult supervision.

Thank you so much, was good to see you again. Jeepjoke has a lovely homestead on the outskirts of Bristol. We enjoyed catching up on travels and adventures. All the best, come boondock with us !
This was our first experience and it was great and stress free. Dennis and his wife made up feel welcome and were there to guide us into the spot. We came to Bristol to pick up relatives and this location turned out to be a mile from where we needed to be. They have a beautiful backyard view and fire pit area, unfortunately we were on a mission and didn’t get much relaxing time. Great place and great people.
Stayed 2 nights at his place...it was like I knew him for years...
Enjoyed his company...We chatted for several hours about many subjects... watched Netflix and drank coffee...(you have to make the trek up to Canada and stay at my place)..nice southern gentleman ....quiet place in the hills...with overlook of Bristol Tenn. Ask him about his travels, bike collection & Ebay.
