3 gravel areas. They are back in. No pull thru. One site has water and 50 / 30 amp available if you are willing to cover the cost. One is a temporary site 1 night maximum and can have water and 30 amp if you are willing to cover cost. One spot is 50 amp no water. The larger the rig, the harder to get in, but it can be done. Nothing fancy, but we do have a gazebo and an observatory.
20 30 50 amp hookups . I ask for $3 a day for water and electric.
Paved two lane except last 1/8 mile which is gravel. We front pavement, but our drive is the first one on gravel. Depending on size of rig, the back in distance could be longer or shorter.
Lots of space, no problem
Just check. Usually we can say yes, but sometimes not. When we are traveling, it depends on the individual situation if we can have guests.
Clinton, Pomona, Melvern, and Perry Lakes are all fairly close. Lawrence, Topeka, Ottawa and Baldwin City are fairly close.
Helpful, friendly, beautiful! What more could you ask? Enjoyed conversation in the beautiful gazebo, gazing at well tended gardens and watching a variety of birds at the feeders. All in all, heartily recommend this location!
Our host greeted us and showed us a beautiful level site next to a gazebo and flowering redbud tree. We paid a small amount for an electric hookup and did not need water, which was also available. Quiet night in the country and an early departure with send off from our gracious host. Highly recommend!
our hosts met us in the driveway and guided us into a perfect spot with everything we could possibly need. Super warm, friendly and interesting in the middle of Kansas farm country. Thank You brroberts!
We stayed on their property for three nights when I had some meetings that I needed to attend in Topeka. They were extremely nice hosts and accommodating to our needs. Their property is nice and it is very peaceful. They also have a beautiful gazebo that they said we could use.
We would recommend staying there if you are in the area.
